While limits vary by model, our top surfaces generally support 100-150 lbs, and individual drawers support up to 25-30 lbs. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed load-bearing information.

We ship exclusively within the United States. We offer Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Special rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii at checkout.

To ensure the safety of large furniture, we use specialized sea freight and reinforced packaging. This process takes longer than small parcel shipping but significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit.

Most deliveries are Curbside Delivery. Due to the weight of furniture, we highly recommend having two people available on delivery day to move the package inside.

Our furniture is designed for easy DIY assembly with clear, illustrated manuals. You will only need a standard Phillips screwdriver. While a power drill can be used, please use the lowest torque setting to avoid cracking the wood.

Don’t worry! If any hardware or panels are missing, contact us at Vinesparkle@outlook.com with your order number and the part ID from the manual. We will ship the replacements to you free of charge.

Absolutely. Contact our support team, and we will send you a PDF version of the instructions immediately.

You have a full year to return the item if it’s unassembled and in its original packaging. For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

It covers manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty hinges, structural failure). It does not cover accidental damage, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect the box upon arrival. If the product is damaged, take photos/videos and contact us within 30 days. We will provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you.
