1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Our furniture undergoes a final quality check and reinforced packaging before shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping: 25–40 business days (Free).

Expedited Shipping: 10–20 business days (Calculated at checkout).

Carrier: We ship via trusted partners like UPS, FedEx, or specialized furniture couriers. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once dispatched.

3. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Contiguous U.S.: Full service to the lower 48 states.

Non-Contiguous: Special rates and longer times apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Cancellations: Free cancellation before shipment. Once "In Transit," the order cannot be canceled.

5. Damage & Loss

We take full responsibility for transit issues. If your item arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately with photo evidence for a free replacement.
