Refund policy
1. Return Window
You have 1 year from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
Non-returnable Items: Customized pieces or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your furniture immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at Vinesparkle@outlook.com right away.
We require clear photos or videos of the damage and the packaging to process a replacement or refund.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
Customer Remorse: If you return an item due to a change of heart, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective/Incorrect Items: If the error is ours, Vinesparkle will cover all return shipping expenses.
Note: For large furniture items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
5. Refund Process
Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Warranty & Quality Assurance
1-Year Warranty: Our furniture is engineered for longevity and comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or misuse.
Arrival Damage: If damage is reported within the return window with evidence, we will provide replacement parts or a new unit free of charge.
